You mean all the guys who were hired when our budget was different and haven't necessarily earned a higher wage? You don't give raises just because you can, and you also don't necessarily whole sale fire everyone because now you afford better. It's a process.

I don't think many, if any, coaches are underpaid. Many did get significant raises when the budget became available because they deserved them though.
