Some of the things you mention are actually positives of Pope
Erickson was not a B12 caliber player and the AAU coach proved to be a pretty big dork in the whole situation.
Pope certainly has his flaws but bringing up Trey, Erickson and a dorky AAU coach are not where his flaws are.
