I am thinking that when he left Kentucky he was definitely leaning, but got back to Provo and looked at the mountains...
And realized he couldn't leave.
Actually I think he probably got a decent little chunk in NIL money, but I also believe that stoyakovic strongly considering Kentucky had an effect.
