I would replace. Get a floor model or check Costco. Bit more of a gamble, but I
have had success with Craigslist, also.
Reason for replacing is a problem you can live with becomes an excuse for tenants to not pay rent. For very little more, you can get a nice stove that makes it easier to rent.
