Maybe the valve controlling that station was left open in the box, often was left on when getting blown out for winter

Sometimes there is a lever or switch, sometimes the solenoid has been unscrewed partially. I would check that first.

This, check to see if it's been manually opened, if not, it could just be a bad solenoid or loose wiring

Bad solenoid or loose wiring wouldn't cause it to stay on. It just wouldn't turn

Happened to me, had a tiny rock stuck in the control valve.

Remove the valve cover and check the diaphram. Clean it. If it still doesn't
