Day 2: Dole plantation and sharks cove or Laniakea beach (turtles)
Day 3: Hanauma bay snorkeling (reserve entry 48hrs in advance) Blowhole, honolulu
Day 4: PCC luau and north shore or kualoa ranch (Jurassic park filming location)
2 of the days: beaches or resort amenities(ie, Aulani)

Dole plantation is not necessary imo. Like others said, Visit Honolulu and Waikiki, don't stay there.
