For whatever reason supply constraints are very delayed in Utah County. The data didnt shift very much from historical norms during covid like every single other mountain west market. Now all of the sudden Utah county supply is looking like Denver 2021.

Truth is probably somewhere in the middle. Utah needs more than it has but probably not as much as the RE investors pushing the scary data claim.
