BYU has seemed to always be an institution where they allow those that want to leave to leave. So, if he no longer had intentions of coming to BYU, he'd need that consideration and then some other school would need to have him sign a NLI, correct?

As Hinta says, I don't get it for him to suddenly change mind due to new HC. Some have thought that KY had counseled him away, but just as much, why? I'm not seeing a good reason unless BYU can get already experienced player from portal that has more value.
