Is that really "a lot", though? (comparatively speaking).
I was under the impression that every single BYU starter is making 6 figures or more. $300k seems like it would be pretty par for the course nowadays for someone you expect to be a large contributor to your team.

BYU has an institutional value to not be top bidder. Keba's NIL gambit is obviously thinking longer term. Smart guy.
