Right, but I think OP was saying not only is it not a sexy place, but also not
right next to where we believe family lives. But maybe they have extended family there and will move there?
I think we all know the non-basketball reasons and respect that. But cross-referenced with also having better schools that are closer to the known spot makes it a bit funky.
