I’ve been working with a trainer who uses it to loosen up my shoulder
And my knee to loosen them up and improve range of motion before we start into the actual lifting, and it has worked dramatically.
I have one at home that I use when either of them get achy and it helps to loosen things up.

Do those massage guns really work? I have a knot in a shoulder blade I really need to get gone.

I’m not sure if they “work” but I’ve used them and they make sore muscles feel

I think they generally provide short term relief for bad knots and things

Great relief on soft tissue. It can help work out the knots etc..
