...the think that sometimes the coaches make mistakes. And sometimes they have their reasons for making the decisions that they do.
This is probably pretty crazy to some...but I happen to think that Bronco and the coaches want to win the games even more than most of the fans. I kind of think that they are invested in doing their best to have the team be successful and tend to make decisions that are most likely to help them be that way.
Sure, they aren't perfect. But Bronco has a good enough track record that he's probably allowed to make a mistake or two when it comes to picking 85 scholarship players. (Huh. Can you think of any employers who have hired 85 employees and nailed every blasted one of them - not one had to be let go or didn't perform at the level hoped when they were hired?)
