If you travel to Ebola-stricken areas and have repeated and personal contact with Ebola victims who are literally oozing and secreting infected bodily fluids, then you should probably be willing to keep yourself quarantined for the 21-day period before heading out into public and possibly exposing others to the virus.
What happens if someone she comes in contact with gets sick? Does she feel responsible? Would she be civilly or criminally liable for her gross negligence? (I suspect a jury of her peers would suggest that she's acting negligently when she knows how exposed she was, she knows the gestation period, and she knows the risks of transmitting the disease.)
