high calibre men's high school teams do have lots of physical talent, and they can for sure get a higher point of attack then most, if not all of the women's team. You are seriously saying Jennifer Hamson has hops? have you seen her jump? She does not have hops. She is 6'8 and that is the main reason she can get so high. She can barely dunk a basketball. This is not a knock against her, just the way it is.
I'm glad your wife is an expert in volleyball. I played all through high school too and so did most of my family, but that doesn't make me an experts. I've also watched plenty of BYU volleyball (both men's and women's), and men's and women's high school volleybal to notice that there is a huge difference. Maybe I should rephrase my first post to say that the top high school men's teams could beat them, not just any old high school team.
