Married, 4 kids, work as a professional desk jockey (Big4) and have not been very active since I started my career. There were stints here and there of some organized flag football, a gym for a few months, but nothing that was constant enough. Next thing I know, I get on a scale about a year ago, and I'm pushing 220lbs. Felt disgusting. I've started working out again (I like gyms more than running, but part of that is due to the shin splints I always seem to get from any serious roadwork) and am down to about 200lbs now. It is nice to hear that someone else has done it. Congrats on the achievment and all the best on maintaining going forward!
