In those two posts I did imply BYU was wrong. But not in the OP of this thread. Reason is I've since heard other sides of the argument and accepted BYU not wanting to deal with him for reasons x,y,z.

This particular OP was to clear up the notion of him not being legally eligible for byu. It appears BYU made a choice to pass for their own reasons not because the kid is Satan.
