Well, it's very likely he will be at BYU...
...on Sept 9, 2017 when Utah comes to LES to play the Cougars. Now between now and then it's possible he could quit football or be so bad upon returning from his mission that he gets cut from the team and therefore not come to BYU but as it stands now he very likely will be coming to Provo.
