I don't live in Utah--so I don't have to deal with in on a day-to-day basis, but
I generally see two groups that fit the description that you're throwing out:
1) Sports media -- they're biased--they need the rivalry to sustain them through slow news cycles.
2) A few ninnies on CB that can't handle some teasing from Ute "fans" at work.
