Perosonally, I'd adjust the review
I'd tell people that I had a bad one that had a hole on the seam, and that after reporting it the company has been great to work with and that they sent you a new one that works great. I'd add to make sure they check the seams when they first get it but that the company seems focused on customer satisfaction and quality products.

I'd take down the video and probably give it 3 stars.

Seems like a fair compromise and helpful to future consumers and to this company that is really trying and caring about having a positive online presence.
