There are 130 NCAA football teams and 350 basketball teams. By that measure
St. Mary's, Gonzaga, Princeton, BYU, Utah, Colorado, and USC are all pretty good teams, relatively speaking.
That said, one or two top 20 ooc games at home each year would be nice

Surprised BYU is so high, given that Pomeroy's system does not consider any BYU freshmen nor any transfers.

Good post. Every team improves over season. Some improve at a more rapid rate, which is what we expect from BYU.
