I agree- Jones needs to hire an actual GM; Garrett is not a good HC

As the sports radio likes to talk about constantly here in Dallas, lots of people believe the 3 SB that Jerry did win were all on the coat tails of Jimmy Johnson; and since then, Jerry hasn't been able to get it done.

The Monday after a cowboys loss, especially playoff loss, is PURE entertainment on sports radio here in town.
