In Edward's later years he was known as the coach who had the longest streak of assistants staying with the team.
As everyone knows, the 1970's, 80's and 90's were so different than current years. The pay scales, the way YM are being recruited, etc doesn't compare to the current market.
I may not have explained this very well but I fail to see the comparisons that people try to make with current coaches and Edwards.
