The QB misses reads, doesn't see the open guys, or throws badly. He also doesn't trust all of the receivers. We have not yet seen if the scheme can really work out because the players haven't done what the general has asked them to. Position coaches may be part of that, but if we do start getting those connections, this offense could have been successful.
