Well, I guess it depends.

Are we talking about M&A lawyers at private firms that advise companies / PE groups? Or are we talking about in-house M&A lawyers at big corporations?

And are we talking aboug counterparts on the business side that are people at PE groups? Are are we talking about counterparts that are in M&A at big corporations?
