Of course the US has the leverage. Our economy is more recession proof and the trade imbalance means that a tariff war
will disproportionately impact China. Still, you have two megalomaniacs puffing out their chests and refusing to budge. I could see Xi dragging this thing out at the peril of his own people. We know that Trump will.
