If Jazz waive Favors, they'll have about $16.2M in cap space.

If they keep him then all they will have is the MLE. The question they are going to have to ask is if they think they can sign an upgrade over him for less money than what they're paying him (he's at $16.9M). My gut says they will keep him and then fill out the roster using the MLE.
