I don't know. They rolled out 3 different formations over the past 4 games. I think there's more up GGG's sleeve, AND
that is not really the point. I think Berhalter wanted a core, and knew that over time he'd be swapping out people in that core. I think Zardes was in that core to facilitate the learning, and will swap him out very soon. Probably in the September friendlies.
