I agree to a point, but many people prefer retirement to work.
I plan on retiring at 55 and will have plenty to enjoy life. I won’t have nearly what Whitt has but I will be able to withdraw plenty to live comfortably and to travel a great deal. I will be forfeiting close to $2 million in savings and interest that I could make working 10 more years, but I value those 10 years more than that money. I think a lot of people agree with me, and many don’t. To each their own.
