Unless Oregon is winning big I don’t believe they are a destination program. Programs like USC and Texas have the resources plus the location. Cal and UCLA if they could start winning could get there again. I love Oregon as a state but I don’t see it as a place a young man typically dreams of going to unless they grow up there.
