I understand that for some people the venting and the feeling heard actually makes it better but for those of us whom the hearing the negativity brings down there’s gotta be a limit on how much we’re willing to listen to... don’t get me wrong I still play ball for a little while but my wife has gotten pretty good at recognizing when my ability to listen with a good attitude is worn out.
