Does Kaufusi have to miss the first half of the USC game?

I know there were some changes to the targeting rule this past year and am not sure what happened with the next game suspension rule.

I do believe there is a new change that requires a one game suspension for 3 targeting calls. I'm hoping that means Kaufusi can play against the Trojans.

I think two overtimes should count for at least one quarter of his suspension.
