with no license plates and no insurance. This was a long time ago, and i didn't know any better. 😄 (made stops in Toledo to see a hockey game and in Milwaukee to see the Grizzlies play the Milwaukee Admirals too)

Check with the DMV in NY. They can probably issue you a temporary permit to drive.
