Hifo's long touchdown was on a 4th and short play. Weird to me as well they
wouldn't just run a play.
I think Lamb made the call, Sitake allows the OC, DC, STC to make those calls. To be fair BYU has ran a couple fake field goals successfully in pressure situations against Utah in the last few years.
Against Liberty though, I think you buckle up and get two yards.
