confettin bubbles up in the middle? That is just really weird. Like if you tape a wire, and then the wire comes out, that's what the confetti looks like. That is one really odd coincidence. I've seen all the confetti pics. I just saw this bubbling in the center and was like, whoa, that is really odd.
