She was only able to go skiing once so we were stuck with one of the lift tickets when Sundance closed down early. They came in a pack of 2 so I thought I was out of luck since she had used one already. I thought what the heck I'll see what they say. Took it to the return desk and the guy says, "Yeah we recognize it wasn't your fault the ski resort shut down so we can refund that!" I thought that was great. It cost $129 for the 2 passes. When he hands me the receipt he had refunded the total $129! I told him, "but we used one?" He said, "yeah but we can't do partial refunds so we are refunding the total price!"
Can't beat that customer service!
