8 kids, we barely go through a gallon a week. It might be higher if we make a
Recipe that calls for milk... But generally we get a Costco 2 pack every 15-16 days and often have to throw away 1/4 gallon.

It's not like it has an indefinite shelf life. We buy 5 or 6 at a time.

Man it's amazing to me how much milk some families go through. My family of five uses maybe a couple gallons a month.
