This is exactly my regimen, but the Allertec makes me really drowsy - even when

I split the pill - or take it at night. But that combo does work fairly well for me.

Same here. My allergy pills aren't touching it. I work outside and I'm miserable.

That company has potential. They have some bugs to work out with their pollen counter, but it's the first to look at

Try locally harvested honey. Night and day difference for me.

Allerflo + Allertec from Costco (generic Flonase and Zyrtec). Just take them every day.

If Allertec makes you tired (about 10% of people, it happens) switch to Allerfex - does not cross blood/brain barrier
