The reason I would put Utah's series the highest is because they had the most
close games. 9 of 12 games in the two series were within two points with under a minute to play. Utah won 3 of those and the Bulls won 6. The Bulls didn't have any other series with so many games that close that they won. The Jazz had more opportunities to win games that they didn't win than any of the other teams mentioned. In 1997, the two teams were exactly even in total points for the series until Kerr hit the series winner with five seconds left in game six.
