There are lots of people that think the ECONOMY will take a decade (not decades) to come out if it isn't fully opened, so I could see someone saying that (although I personally think that is an extreme prediction), but I didn't read even one (and I've read a lot on this board over the last few months) that said it would take decades.

If they did, they are just as much as idiot as those still wanting things to be closed.
