plan. Because of COVID, the health department isn’t approving “new” carts. I’m order to be able to get up and running, they will need to repair this one.
After looking it over, we can replace the plastics, signage, grill top, etc... without needing new approval.
I’m going to stop donations as it won’t cost as much as we thought.
Repairs will be about $2-$3k. If anybody needs their donation back, let me know.
Miguel is going to get estimates and I will go and pay them. Once the cart is fixed and up and running, I will give them what is left over for the business, their boys, or whatever they might need.
A funny note. I told him a bunch of my friends that are BYU fans helped out. He told his boys that he needed to put a cougar sticker on the trailer. That didn’t even require any prompting. His idea. I thought it was a nice gesture. Thanks to everyone for your help!
