The only time I ever feel rested is after going without sleep for about 24 hours and then sleeping 10 or more in one stretch.
6 hours every night. I feel terrible.
8 hours and I feel terrible.
12 hours I feel terrible.
Sleep after a little sleep deprivation and I feel great.
The 24 hour clock doesn't work for me.
If I felt rested after 4 hours, I'd be happy. If I could ever live a way that would lead me to feel rested, I'd take it. I'll have to wait until I'm retired. I imagine I'll go a day and a half at a time without sleep and then binge
