People don't go to IN N OUT because it's fine dining. They don't go there because it's the best burger and fries on earth. They don't go there to impress their friends/dates. They go there because it's cheap, tastes great, reminds them of their childhood/vacations, and/or because it's open until 1 freaking 30 am. Not much is open that late, especially in this COVID environment.
