One of my best friends use to work there (in mid level administration) and boy does she have some stories. Jerry Jr is flat out corrupt and lots good ole boy stuff with his contractor buddies went down there. The Board of Regents is concerned with a lot this stuff which is why Jerry was pushed out.

There are a lot of good people who attend that university and who work there, but there was (and may still be) some serious corruption at the top. That is mainly why my friend left there. She told me Jerry typically would use any means necessary, even unethical ones, to get what he wanted and to benefit himself. Leadership there definitely does not practice the values that it preaches.
