I put on 5-10 lbs after a big weekend, but a lot of that is water weight that

goes away after a few days of eating better. I probably put on 8-10 from Thanksgiving to new years

I’ve lost 9 lbs since January 3...then again, it’s because of a stomach virus and I want to die, so I do not recommend
