I haven't had to re-tune them. If you got one of their cheaper bikes, the problem may have been that you actually have a bottom-of-the-line groupset. I think if you get into 105 or Ultegra you may be tuning a lot less. not sure though.

Fine company and I've put a ton of miles on my bike from them.
