Them Nebraska and Iowa represented the only schools in that conference that were brave enough to put their feet down and say we can do this safely and we don’t buy the risks and myocarditis data.
And when cowardly teams like Maryland and Michigan canceled games to avoid losses on the schedule when everyone knows what the outcome would’ve been... you hold those against the team that fought the big ten to play.
Sure you didn’t want Ohio state in the playoff. Neither did Dabo. But they along with a couple SEC schools represented the only teams that had a shot at hanging with Alabama. They didn’t hang with Alabama. That much is true. But Clemson didn’t hang with ohio state either and that vindicated the decision to put them in. And you can’t fault Ohio state for wanting to play.
