Locked it on April 16th with Blue Spot. I started at bankrate and had 3 lenders
give me their best offer. Blue Spot was $800 less in fees with a total of lender fees of $2,200.
Aim was one of the other lenders. They send me a daily quote for rate and fees. They are at 2.125 today with $1,750 in fees.
