I'm curious what commentators outside PAC12 country talk about Utah as good?

no one in the south views anyone outside Oregon and USC as a viable PAC12 team. Utah is tossed around as a second tier PAC12 team but the PAC12 in general is viewed as the worst P5 conference out there.
