they dreamed of owning when they hit triple diamond or whatever. They told us kids that higher education is a scam and the future is network marketing. They never graduated from college themselves. They spent lots of money going to these huge convention center events where some dweeb onstage told them to chase their dreams etc while playing loud music.

We lived in So Cal and my parents used to spend their evenings after work at Disneyland (the restaurant part outside, not in the park) trying to recruit people to their down line.


They never made any money. They drive broken down old cars. I don’t think they’ve ever taken a real vacation (something that isn’t camping or staying at a relatives or friend’s house) and they currently don’t even own their own homes and live with my grandparents.

Amway is a disease. All MLMs are but I especially hate amway
