Looking at common statistics, the ASU game was not as good as other games Tyler has had:
21 carries, 69 yards for a 3.3 ypc average with a TD.
Unofficially, he had 5 carries for no gain or a loss, 3 first downs, and no catches on one target. (correct if I missed some)
I think this is a case where the typical stats don't tell the whole story. "Fumbles caused" is not a typical RB stat. Also, on the last few drives he got his first downs, and didn't have any "no gain" or "TFL" carries. His yards came in crunch time when we really needed them to maintain possession and salt the game away.
The strip tackle took a fairly mundane game for him and turned it into a great game.
